Job description
- Cooperation with the store manager
- In the absence of the responsible person, you take over the management of the store
- You motivate and manage a group of people
- By nature, you always put the customer first and strive for optimal customer satisfaction
Your profile
- Knowledge of the Dutch language, in addition, English is welcome
- Your strengths are the management of organizational matters such as planning and administration
- You have the talent to achieve your goals and you are not afraid to strive for them
- You know what a commercial vibe is
- You like to take challenges with enthusiasm that inspires others
- You always question things with a critical and open mind. You like to look for opportunities and suggest new ideas to constantly improve your customer experience
- Working in shifts as well as working on weekends is not a problem for you
